Reelvest buys land portfolios. A portfolio is a group of lots or tracts you own. Tell us which land you want to sell and what matters most to you. We’ll review the details and let you know if we can make an offer.

Start With the Land You Want to Sell

You don’t need a polished sales package to start. Share the number of parcels, their states and counties, and the rough total acres. A parcel is a piece of land with its own tax or land record.

Tell us whether you want to sell the whole group or would consider an offer for some of it. If you have a list of parcel numbers, mention that in the notes. We can discuss how to share it after your first message.

What Goes Into a Portfolio Review?

Each tract matters, even when you want one offer for the group. Access, location, size, land use and ownership can differ from parcel to parcel. Tell us about known loans, tax balances, leases or access questions so we can discuss them early.

We also want to understand your goal. Are you cutting down on yearly bills, closing an investment, or selling land you inherited? Tell us your preferred timing and whether some parcels must stay together.

Know What an Offer Includes

Before you compare an offer, check the exact parcel list. A price for part of your land is not a price for all of it. Ask which parcels are included, what checks remain, who pays each cost and when the sale could close.

If an offer leaves land behind, think about that land on its own. Would it still have access? Would you still want to own it? You decide whether a proposed purchase fits your plans.

From First Message to a Possible Sale

  1. Tell us about the group. Send a short summary through this form.
  2. Review the details together. We may ask for a parcel list and more information about the land.
  3. Consider an offer, if we can make one. Review the land included, price, costs and terms.
  4. Work through closing. If you agree to sell, the closing team checks the records and prepares the paperwork. Timing depends on the land and any issues that need work.

Sending a message does not commit you to sell. There is no charge to ask about an offer.
